CONSULTANTS MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS POLICY
Benchmark Geophysical Consulting Limited is committed to the wellbeing of all persons involved or affected by projects we are engaged in and the omission of damage to the environment of those operations.
The health and fitness of consultants representing Benchmark is important for the following reasons:
- Ill health can adversely affect performance and final product.
- A requirement for emergency medical assistance can expose others to additional risk and cause the mobilisation of additional transport resources.
- Benchmark is responsible to their client and any contractors for ensuring that a consultant is suited to their task.
- Benchmark is responsible to the consultant\u2019s family for knowing that their assignment does not pose unnecessary medical risk.
Where the timing and logistics of project assignment permit, Benchmark will facilitate medical examinations through our company doctor to UKOOA standard as a minimum and on an annual basis.

Benchmark recognises that a standardised medical may not always meet project specific requirements and will meet additional requirements where provided if not already anticipated.
